| The Provincial RAM Assembly was held at Leyland on Tuesday 17th September 2013. Philadelphia Royal Ark Mariners Lodge was opened by the Worshipful Commander, Bro Geoff Bury. The Lodge discharged its duties and then the Provincial Grand Master, accompanied by his deputy and both assistants entered the Lodge escorted by the Provincial Grand Officers. The PGM preceded by the Sword Bearer and followed by the Mark and RAM banner bearers entered the Lodge saluted the Commander and then occupied the chair. | |

| Following which the Assembly was treated to an informative and at time humorous paper on Noah, presented by The Revd, Canon Harry Callaghan, RAMGR which was greeted with acclaim. The assembly was closed, The Provincial Grand Master thanked W.Bro Bury for allowing the assembly to meet within the Philadelphia meeting following which the PGM and his team retired, and later joined the brethren in a banquet befitting the occasion, as the following photographs show. | |
